Why I Made This Site

I decided to dedicate a site to Jarome for various reasons. First and foremost, he is my favourite hockey player and a huge inspiration to me. Not only is he extremely gifted and talented as an athlete, but he is also a good person. Whenever I watch an interview with Jarome he is always very kind, gracious, and polite. He is constantly putting his teammates before himself, and never forgets to give them credit. He is very respectful towards everyone including reporters, fans, friends and family. Jarome always has a smile on his face while answering questions in a very intelligent manner.

Jarome's leadership and playmaking are impecable, not to mention his incredible talent in scoring goals. He's got it all - makes plays, scores goals, backchecks, energizes his team, even fights and lays great hits!

Because I am such a fan, I found myself seeking information, stats, and pictures from a fansite. It came to my quick attention that there were no dominant Iggy fansites out there. How can the best hockey player in the NHL not have a fansite? It puzzled and frustrated me, and to make a long story short - I took matters into my own hands!
